In my quest for Thee
I have fallen often
Tried to get up
Bruised and battered
But never broken
I have wandered around
Sometimes losing my path
With no one around to chart
But somewhere within
I feel, nay I am sure
That someday, sometime
You will guide me like a homing pigeon
To Thee

Please pardon my ignorance, what does ‘with no one around to chart’ mean here?

What I mean to say is that there is no one to chart the course towards God on a map or to show directions.
Thanks for coming by, God bless!

That is the way love works. Beautiful. I linked to your post on meanings but seem to have published your name incorrectly… my apologies.
